Sierra Wireless files motion to dismiss ITC investigation

according to a post on another board. They claim Patriot/TPL failed to disclose the lawsuit between Moore and TPL/Leckrone and they are claiming legal precident for the dismissal. Garmin joined today for dismissal as well. Opinions and comments welcome.
