Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Mark Ziebell was appointed Vice President and General Counsel of Peregrine Pharmaceuticals in June 2012.

As I recall, Mr Ziebell has represented OUR BOD in legal matters as well, and may have even been present at one or more of PTSC's Shareholder Meetings.
