I'm not going to lie, I was a little scared when I read this but I'm no lawyer so I'm not sure what it all means. I would assume it would take a significant fact/argument/law to get ITC to stop these infringers. I hope TPL has a lot of ammo to shot these all down and get ITC decision in our favor.
