The above and the tone of your post seems to indicate that you feel exactly the same way towards PTSC. Is it possible that your attitude is more reflective of your specific investment cost rather than any reality shared by other investors, whether in PPH or PTSC?

I would feel exactly as you do if the investment was sufficiently small as to describe the investment as "having fun" and furthermore purchased with "burn money." Or if my cost basis was zero.

However, my cost basis is not zero, my investment is significant and unlike some, I never have money to burn. While your conclusion that such an investigation might not substantially hurt the company is a possible outcome, you do not know that as a fact. And the hurt could be irreperable. The only thing you know for sure is that if it did, it would not hurt you financially in any big way.
