are you implying that the drop in shareprice from .17 to .11 is because of the talk of an sec investigation? the way i saw it.....the price dropped from .17 to .11....then the talk of sec came up. so i do agree with your caution that "some posters try to redirect others".

it does not bode well for ptsc when its bod does not have a track record of success and the bod in charge is intimately tied to Peregrine. you can spin the connection in any way you would like...but it is there.

it does not make me feel, as an investor, comfortable when some of the people that run and have run ptsc are involved with a company that basically "cooked the news" to run their penny stock up from 50 cents in june to over 5 bucks in september.

the conduct of our bod has been questionable since the day they turned ptsc into an employeless company and turned the entire mmp rights over to TPL. they dumped a great deal of the treasury into the warrant holders pockets in the terms of an "unprecedented 3 dividends". do not disregard the fact that the warrant holder was not entitled to the dividends and was specifically written in by the bod to receive those dividends. the warrant holder was peregrine. our ex ceo sits on the board of peregrine. Carlton Johnson is the chairman of Peregrine and the CEO and CFO of PTSC. this stinks.
