Carlton Johnson is half of PDS and also an employee of Eric Swartz.

PDS is PTSC's voice to TPL in terms of oversight.

How come there isn't a conflict of interest, especially with the third "independent" position at PDS having been deliberately left vacant despite the charter of PDS?
