can anyone explain the derth in licensing? If we are in a much stronger position as many here believe and we have hundreds( possibly more) on notice where are the licenses?? Is every company playing hardball with us? Is our licensing team not very good? If you read the PRs about the victories we have had and they are true I can't beleive the entire group of infringers on notice have decided to play the game of chance. If you're an infringing company and looked at some of the giant companies that have actually purchased a license wouldn't that sway you towards a settlement agreement. The NDOC and the ITC are just the tip of the iceberg. Where do the rest of the companies stand? If ten percent of them decided to negotiate and settle even at nuisance values it would be considered a tsunami for us.
