It is possible some are projecting their actual motives of day trading onto those who criticize the BOD. Those who defend the BOD accuse those who criticize the BOD as traders. Yet the ones who could confidently trade this stock would be those who would have insider knowledge, and would hypothetically have relations with the BOD directly or indirectly (Swartz, Lecky).
