Please tell me that that the ITC is not going to replace the J3, patent revalidations, the settlement of TPL and PTSC and the Markman in NDOC as the next event we are waiting for. Like being stuck on the tarmac for 3 days waiting for a thirty minute flight. Hopefully Grewell expedites the rest of the Markman issues and we see a settlement that is a game changer and strikes fear in the bean counters for the infringers. What's a another couple of months in the grand scheme of the things.
