PTSC shares all `336/Shboom portfolio revs with TPL post expenses.. these revs include any licensing deals with all those who infringe, or all litigation monies if that is the road the infringers choose (so be it, let me see their patents). TTC is a major step up

IMO the Cos that made the `336 patents worth what they are actually are Intel, AMD, ARM, IBM, MOT, Mitshu... etc.

IMO most of the monies that PTSC had invested up until the litigation process had been into Ignite & Inflame.

Without the agreement b/t PTSC & TPL, PTSC would more than likely have ended up with half the `336 patent portfolio, & TPL/Leckrone with the other half.. which probably would have ended up in an undercutting bidding war b/t the two, which IMO would have made the patents nearly worthless.

With TPL/TTC enforcing the patents, PTSC can concentrate on licensing Ignite/Inflame.. with one eye (Pohl) on TPL.

When we lost Higgins.. we lost any advantage we had

It sure ain`t perfect.. but its better than half of nothin`
