In the second call, I had advised Cliff that it had been discovered by another shareholder in a court document, thus it was already "public" (though I suspect it wasn't intended to be). Recall GE and Motorola, not to mention Kyocera, and probably a few others that were not announced by PTSC. Obviously those are protected by Confidentiality Agreements accompanying the licenses.

There was no choice but to deny knowledge....until pointed out that the info was already in the public domain.
