Just where in my post did I say that PTSC was constrained by this directive? I did not.

You countered LL by going into a meaningless "bloviation" on the defense industry and justifying logic of sidesteping the truth. And apparently you felt the need to re-bloviate on the topic again. Your use of the Defense industry as an example of "justifiable deniablity of the truth" has, and had, no bearing on the issue.

PTSC is a company and bound by SEC laws with obligations to the owners...the sharehholder. The point of you passing incorrect information as opposed to PTSC's confidentiality agrements are apples and oranges. Cliff did not pass the information on....YOU did.

I had no issue with Cliffs response regarding Kyocera.
