Brian, this sure sounds like a real believeable scenario where TPL was able to play PTSC BOD one more time. (Unfortunately, probably not the last.)

To be positive, however, a silver lining might be TPL's ITC filings a year ago show fruit now that will drive the MMP ITC related companies to pay up in 2012 instead of fighting.
