I will post this for you if you haven't read any of the numerous posts over the past year regarding Apple. According to court docs found the PTSC vs. TPL complaint, that I personally read, where it should have been redacted, there was APPLE. If the proof you seek is a signed copy of the agreement or confirmation from PTSC or TPL of the existence of the Apple license itself....you may have an eternally long wait.
