#1. Brian is and always has been a transparent advocate for shareholders of this company. If only you research his post from the beginning anybody with an open mind would be able to agree with that statement.

#2. I am one of those that advocated that the company hire or arrange for one of the penny stock hype companies to get involved. I did that openly on this board and the purpose was to get some entity out there who knew how to promote our stock. Our internal pr have never seemed to make a dent and when tpl puts out a pr we are lucky if they mention ptsc. I do not want to flash in the pan run up but if the company can match with legitimate pr announcements regarding legal action or major settlements with real money then new shareholders can stay the course.... he said with hope and skepticism.

#3. Someone in a post over the past few days mentioned that if tpl uses the mmp that ptsc should be paid for the use however if I recall correctly the wonderful MA signed oh so many years ago by tpl and ptsc stated that each of the parties could use the patents on their own products at no cost. Of course this was put in by leckrone (as was everything else that made this agreeement as one sided as it has been over the course of time), (I refer you all to prior approval by tpl of any pr's by ptsc which for a private company to be controling what a public company says to it's shareholders never has made legal sense to me but the SEC has never uttered a peep regarding this requirement), and he knew what he was doing but our board just closed their eyes to the possibility of commingling and signed on the dotted line.

#4. It may be wishful thinking but I take it as a positive that the company did not put out earnings (?) after the market close on Friday. They still might not be positive but they have put out negative news in the past on Fridays knowing that reaction would be muted by Monday (hopefully they thought). So maybe we are in for a pleasant surprise and of course I always look for that pail of gold at the end of the rainbow.

#5. Apple suit.... Of course Leckrone settled with Apple for peanuts (we know not exacty how many), with a company that has well over $40 billion in cash in the bank. He needed money and to be fair he did not know when the court would decide the apple case or in which way. However, until punitive damages are stated (if there are any) the $1 billion dollars that Apple was awarded is a drop in the bucket to both companies. Also, in my opinion to the poster who said that Apple will now shut down all products made with Samsung technology I personally do not think they will do that. I have many reason for that statement, one being they would really open themselves to legitimate legal monopoly action but logically what I think Apple will do is seek and most probably get royalties from Samsung and it's customers that will only increase the cash hoard that Apple has amassed and in addition by requiring royalties Apple will make competing products of it's product line more expensive in a sense making the Apple equivalent products (tablets etc...) more competitive to the public. These are smart folks up in Cupertino.
