I haven't researched the Apple patents that were in question but based on the PRs out there it sounds like the fight was over look and feel i.e. screen size, shape, etc not anything MMP related? IMO this verdict is important because the 13 companies we filed ITC complaints for have to now up their assessment of risk should they lose to us, which may make them more inclined to settle. JMO.
