There is also a letter to Samsung from Alliancense dated 2005 - in that letter it says

Virtually every product manufactured today utilizing microprocessors or embedded

processors will require an MMP Portfolio license. The Portfolio covers microprocessors

and the Systems containing microprocessors.

There is also exhibit 38, declaration of Cory Smith (inventory control specialist TPL) he says that in connection with the filing of the complaint on April 25, 2012, he purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note from Best Buy
