We believe that was the only consideration between TPL/Apple. How would anyone ever know if a private deal excluding PTSC/Moore was negotiated by The Negotiator (Leckrone not Shatner)whereby only TPL/Leckrone benefitted from such a deal. We already know how far he is willing to go to allegedly defraud his business partners.
