TPL should have made this back in 2006. Better late then never. I believe TPL finially feels they have a rock solid postion against all infringers. The blue light special just burnt out.

I may take another 45 days till they make their first ruling. We should see a slow gring up. Up is always better then a slow grind down. I feel better about PTSc then I have in a long time!
