First, let me say thank you for your post!

From your post: "The investigation is based on a complaint filed by Technology Properties Limited LLC and Phoenix Digital Solutions LLC of Cupertino, CA, and Patriot Scientific Corporation of Carlsbad, CA, on July 24, 2012"

Note how we gapped up on the 24th on high volume.

Note how we moved up on August 9th.

We now know what happened on the 24th. So what I want to know is what happened on the 9th??

Why did this take almost a month for a press release? Reminds me of the GSA contract saga.Except that this is about a complaint filing on the 24th and now on the 21st a vote by the USITC to investigate!

I am more than happy to see this news! Now the question is will the share price rise on this PR? Will we move up until we have a PR about what happened on the 9th? Or, if something significant happen on the 9th, will it be so major that we just keep moving up?
