Amazon is only being sued because we know that Amazon's attorneys will put tremendous presure on their manufacturers, who have not purchased an MMP, to settle quickly. They will remain a defendant until all manufactures have done so. Its an old strategy that works. They will be dropped once all have settled. When I say quickly, I mean up to 2 years.
