Once you open this up there are about 50+ exhibits some of which you can't read because they are confidential. In and among those documents are Swartz' security agreement (exhibit 2-C), Lincoln Convertible Debenture (exhibits 2-D and E), amended secured promissory note and addendum to Swartz (exhibit 2-F), various product tear down reports by Alliacense for HTC products, Kyocera products, Garmin, Nook.

Then there is the public version of a confidential exhibit which is the declaration by Dwayne Hannah (exhibit 39)
