Not an apologist for anyone there but TPL, according to my understanding of the records, spent tens of millions of dollars to help make Moore's chips into real devices. That is hardly the mark of a troll. (IMO)

FWIW with the mention, did a quick Google maps look and the location appears to be largely a complex of offices with a coffee shop and restaurants immediately nearby. No "strip mall" in sight... shopping centers, yes, but no "strip mall"
