Did you happen to notice which attorney filed the district complaints? I remember reading something about Agility's (Jim Otteson) willingness to work on a contingent basis with clients. I can't imagine with so few MMP licenses reported that there is enough money to support the other attorney/firm who is representing us in the T3 litigation. I believe it was originally Cooper, then switched to Agility in Dec., now back to Cooper.
