To be Clear regarding Markman

The information that I referenced about the Markman in my earlier post, MAY NOT have anything to do with our Markman.

TPL has filed other complaints with the ITC for their other patents. I was reading through another of their complaints when I spotted the entry about the Markman. Perhaps they have a Markman hearing for some other portfolio or maybe the entry did have something to do with the current MMP Markman. I honestly don't know.

I apologize if there is some confusion. I did write to Judge Grewal's courtroom deputy to ask for a status update. I will let you know if I receive a reply and what it says.
