Thank you for the specific tangible information. Here is my observation and comment: look at a chart for PTSC and notice that on Aug. 9 we gapped open!
As I see it we also definetly broke above the down trend line. A few days before it just slightly hovered above the line. But on the 9th it gapped up. Also notice the volume in the US ( and call to mind the volume increases in Germany ). Now, with your information we can conclude this maybe the reason why?

The chart tells us something happened around that time and you may have just pointed out the reason why! ??
