And IMO it has been "managed" all the way to the bottom. Now that those who aquired the shares they wanted they can now "manage" the stock all they way back to the selling point... unless the goal is dividends. In that case it is more like a cash cow that won't be sold until the well runs dry. All my opinion of course.
