I totally agree, the outlook is much better now than years ago.

The unfortunate issue for us is that the patent process rewards defendents who delay. When big $ are involved delays, delays, and more delays are the primary financial objective - it's all legal. Years go by before a settlement is reached or a ruling is made. So we are unlikely to see big $$$ results from all the recent news of agressive initiatives - for some time. Near term expectations could have a negative impact on SP when earnings don't immediately jump. Don't panic.
