At the latest shareholder meeting, did not the BoD say that future revenue would be distributed in the form of dividends instead of M&A activity? Was that my wishful thinking or someone here saying dividends and than I attached it to BoD?

I thought there was discussion of dividends at shareholder meeting. If so, why has that topic gone so silent?
