In the EE article, what does Alliacense mean by this statement:
Alliacense said that on June 12, 2012, the US District Court for the Northern District of California issued a "Markman" ruling that removed the "last-remaining ground" being used by a group of unlicensed, serial infringers.
...the last-remaining ground specifically. I thought the MH still had the '336 under review regarding the ring oscillator (Talbot). Did I miss something or is there an another patent claim they are referring?
Also as a result, is this why all these law suits are going forward now?
Haven't been following lately so again I apologize is this goes over old ground.
Thanks...Rando
