They printed/showed their license fees for all the world to see. It is on their web site.

PTSC's license rates are on their web site too! Oh no that would be on DL's web site! No, wait, he makes secret deals for first time signers and ........ you know the story.

One company is open and sets a price for all. Another is secretive. But then Coke is secretive about things too. And Coke is about $80.00 and ready to split two for one.

And I am not saying we should be at $80.00 and I am surely not saying we are going to split two for one.
