I agree, but for some reason TPL is going for the Juglar of foriegn companies, remember that it was a Taiwanese Foundry that was in the process of making our IC Chips, that may have dissmenated the information to third parties on how the MMP worked.

So IMHO, we need to go after the foriegners then the US companies.

Plus it may have been the foriegn companies asking the USPTO for constant re-exams, I would be extremely disgusted with and myself and press for injunctions.
