Please post the relevant provision in the New Agreement where that is stated.

Something of that magnitude would be spelled out, afterall, as I recall it was the core underpinning of a fraud lawsuit we filed against TPL.

I suggest that if it's not explicitly prohibited, it's intentionally absent because it is approved licensing behavior.
