Is it possible that these infringers collectively and corporately agreed to make it impossible for PTSC and TPL to succeed in a business plan that is similar to ARM Holdings?

If they literally got together to plan USPTO Challenges to the MMP, when one failed another one would apply for a re-examination after one got approved and take turns on filing re-exams?

If this is so, the PTSC story could be made into a movie! Grant it, it may bring in additional revenue to the SP Ha!

After contemplating how in the world PTSC lost “wind” in its desire to make its own chips and or products, I think of GlobalStar, those Huge Satellite phones… could they have been the begging of the use of the MMP? Or does anyone have a clue of what were the first products to actually apply the use of the MMP?

Although Globalstar was a doomed failure ( I lost money in that) it may not have been very hard to reverse engineer those phones and use the MMP technology that was stolen.
