Thank you very much for your work and for keeping us up to date.

I just saw that TPL wrote a letter to ZTE in 2006!!!

The pacer says:"TPL provided ZTE notice of the '336 Patent by letter (with an enclosed disk identifying the MMP patents) dated September 18, 2006"

So they were informed and they were waiting for the outcome of all the reex. Almost six years!

And another thing: This is the first time I can remember that we do the first step in court. I think this are all good sings and I also think that now the licenses will rise again.
