You guys act like a bunch of dopes . You fight over every little detail. Yeah the stock market is in a big decline and so is Ptsc it all goes hand in hand.

The bottom line is things take alot more time to finalize then you think. The company I own a partnership in just did A deal with a major corp. it took all our man power to pull this deal off. using our full sales team which totals 60 not just one like PTSC. And this deal still took 4 longs months to get it to the final stages of signed contracts. Their are just so many unforeseen problems. Nobody knows what going to happen with the big 5. I think we would be better off taking them to court and blocking their usage of all their products that infringe and go for the throat on a settlement of atleast 500million. thats where it should be. not the small dollar amounts that AMD and INTEL paid. The big problem with going to court is our patent life span. isn,t great. But it maybe the big gamble that tpl has to take if they can`t get a good settlement out of court. JMHO.
