This started going south from the J3 settlement. When the PR "gag order" was implemented. The settlement, combined with 11 new licensees, netted PTSC $11MM, and cost ptsc $9MM in legal fees, which were...it seems, defferred to the following quarter.
I do not believe we will have closure to the T3 litigation, this year. The way this is dragging on. we probably won't even get a court date, this year. Be lucky to get a MH ruling.
