Where do you see that Alliacense is still connected to TPL in a legal framework? Item 2.2.2 specifcally states there is no connection. At least that is the way I read it.

<This Agreement shall not constitute, create, or in any way be interpreted as a joint venture, employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or business organization of any kind between Alliacense on the one hand and the PDS or PTSC or TPL or Charles H. Moore on the other.>

Also, the PDS control is simply whatever PDS contracts for. Nothing more than that.

But I do agree that the new set up appears to benefit PTSC.

All IMO which is based only a single reading. May need a few more readings to digest it fully.
