Perhaps, but I wouldn't be too sure that the added sources of TPL's income aren't costing TPL more than they are bringing in. Even if they are, do they offset TPL's other litigation expenses? DL is presently in the hole quite a bit, isn't he?

In any case, my comment simply reflected that the MMP clock is ticking for all interested parties. There is no MMP overtime for a survivor to participate.
