I don't want PTSC or TPL to impede, impair, frustrate or otherwise interfere with the activities of Alliacense in the execution the Project.

I strongly suspect that doing so, especially at this point in the game, is going to have severe negative impact on my investment.

Are you arguing that this should be allowed? Are you attempting to make a point of some kind? If so, what is it?
