If the Higgins issue is accurate, we are not the ones in a position of weakness...so the only other reason for that scenario would be to unencumber ourselves of this patent issue, speeding up our complete ownership and pursuit of licensing.

....Further, I think it`s be a dumb move on our part, because I`m sure when Intel came to contractual terms with Moore, they protected themselves in every way against a multitude of scenarios, including this one, i.e. we`d be assuming their licensing agreement, hence no need for further litigation....unless the licensing deal Intel cut w/Moore was a real sweet one...for Moore.
