HA! Well I for one agree that a new judge maybe good. If Ware is/was corrupt in the past then he may do it again especially since he is RETIRING. May have a bonus/cash coming from a few of the folks we are suing. We have seen this before from history right out of the movie theater.... Trust no one.

1) Death

2) Taxes

I hope all this time they are taking is to make cerain all the T's are crossed and i's are dotted on the very important markman. This is a HUGE mile stone one way or teh other which I'm guessing will get appealled ether way...? Is that possible, appeal a markman ruling? Did not happen in Texas. Thought's on this?
