I read what you write and want to believe it. Yet I look and see a CEO who nearly 5 years into his stint with PTSC STILL has NO SKIN in the game, a BOD who REFUSE to pressure the licensing partner who by their own admission is likely not living up to their agreements, a market who couldn't care less about PTSC, and a pool of infringers who fear nothing MMP based on the current activity.

If you could please as convincingly write the explanation as to why there is such an ABSOLUTE disparity as to what IS and what SEEMS to be, I would appreciate it.
