Think about the fact that the company can be bought ( or has been being bought ) by those who are infringing. This price is pocket change to the likes of any of the powerful monied infringers.

And the very best thing to the infringers? Our company at this price is way cheaper than the $500.00 per hour plus expenses that lawyers charge and have been charging.
