According to the court calendar, on 7/20 several motions will be heard. In reviewing the entries posted over the past couple of months, this is what I have found

TPL- filed motion to tax costs, filed motion to seal records

Brown- filed motion for issue preclusion sanctions/terminating sanctions & motion to preclude evidence, filed motion and motion for judgment pursuant to CCP section 631.8

Brown recently lodged under seal- post trial brief for bench trial on alter ego issue

On 8/3- motion for sanctions will be heard

I realize this is sketchy info, at best. Ron, or anyone with legal knowledge: regarding the post trial brief for alter ego issue...is it usual for both sides to file a post trial brief or just one side (winning or losing)?
