CM had given Leckerone his Power of Attorney... Mistake? it looks like it.. but it didn't appear CM was going to do anything with the patents.. So one day the patents find themselves assigned to Leckerone... Who's idea was this?? CM's or the guy with his PoA?? Either way I believe it appears to have been done 'legally'

Now not getting paid... that is a different horse imo..
