When we sued then subsequently settled removing the barrier to licensing(add joke here) I was hoping a third party licensing agent would be the one thing that could have cleared the cloud for us. If TPL is claiming ownership on that side then let some company assume the 15 percent off the top of the CoAg. Then PDS would not need the independent third party since we would now be both monitoring a third party licensing agent. Seems simple!
