Maybe this was a mistake back then?
Maybe they have learned from the negative outcome of the J3 case?

While I understand your anger and frustration regarding the low shareprice and the loss associated (I'm at nearly 90% virtual loss with today's sp) I fear you blame the wrong people for the CURRENT situation (please let's not speak about the years 2006-2009).
