Pappy, it's not going to be that much longer to wait on Patriot. If they settle again, I'm afraid I'll be getting out. We are running out of time, any revenue derived from the MMP goes right back to defend the MMP.

What did the J3 have on us, that let them off the hook ?

Same could be asked about PTSC vs. TPL .

We need a court victory with highly punitive awards and reimbursement of legal fees.

It's now or never ! We can't keep spending like this without a judgement.
