I believe that they are giving you the opportunity to buy in dirt cheap again, since no formal announcement has been declared on yesterdays pacer.

This delay could be seen as an opportunity to award the Long Invested Shareholder (if they have any money left).

IMO 336 is a slam Dunk once TPL explains the process just like they did to the USPTO.
